MEET TOM
Tom Schultz has over 15 years experience as a Design Engineer and Project Manager for an international company. During that time, he designed and built two of his own homes and was responsible for multi-million dollar manufacturing plant expansion projects.
With a desire to focus his attention to residential home design and building, he started Schultz Custom Homes and Remodeling in Cabarrus County, North Carolina where he does all the design work and manages the day-to-day construction activities of every project.
Licensed to build in both North and South Carolina, he holds membership with the NAHB. He also serves as a Board member of the Cabarrus County Building Industry Association.
