Schultz Custom Homes recently completed our new 500 sq ft deck and it is impressive to say the least. As with the previous project that Schultz Custom Homes completed for us in January, the workmanship and materials were superior to any that we have ever experienced before. Once the work was started, the workmen stayed with it until it was finished…even during the cold rain. The deck is much more that just a run-of-the-mill deck…it is highly customized and in our book qualifies as a work of art. We will be enjoying the out of doors frequently now that we have such a nice venue to do so. My husband and I had wanted to add a screen room to our existing home for some time. We did our search for not only the price, but for the one builder who would listen to our desires and build our vision. Schultz Custom Homes & Remodeling not only listened, but delivered on time. They provided gantt charts to let us know the timing on deliverables and met them within reason. The sub-crews were on time and friendly, leaving the work site each day debris free. My husband’s main concern with all the workers was for them not to destroy the lawn. Without question, this need was met as well. The smallest detail was sought after and taken care of at all times. The quality and workmanship put into the project not only met our expectations, but exceeded them! The most important part of the project was my ability to communicate with the builder. Whether good/bad, I felt like I had their undivided attention. All of the subcontractors used by Schultz were polite and gave me an earnest days work. The work site was always tidy. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of this project and the craftsmanship!
